Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month and ESP want to bring attention to promoting good mental health in the workplace. Some of the ways in which ESP promote good mental health is through the operation of a four-day week and flexi-time system. This allows employees to have a healthier work-life balance and cope better with the pressures out of work.
There are some great tools and resources linked below which are part of the ongoing campaigns from Stress Management Society (#choosehope) and HSE’s Working Minds taking place this April.
Stress Management Society is holding a thirty-day challenge, encouraging you to pick one action for your Physical, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing to carry out every day.
The Working Minds campaign offers a range of tools and support to help businesses and workers understand the best ways to prevent work related stress and encourage good mental health.
