ESP have long been supportive of our employees’ initiatives to ‘give a little bit back’ and we are pleased to tell people about our formal, company-backed, structure to enable this.
Since earlier this year, all ESP staff have an option of taking up to one day of additional leave every three months so that they can spend that day providing support to an organisation or charity of their choice. This is in no way obligatory, simply a way to support positive initiatives, whether environmental or social.
The extra leave is intended to enable voluntary support of a recognised/suitable charity or organisation and as an additional help, ESP covers reasonable expenses in doing this.
