#RockIsToMountain and Literature Wales

We are excited to be working with Literature Wales/Llenyddiaeth Cymru (@LitWales/@LlenCymru) to provide The Lost Words to the Reading Friends Project (@ReadingFriends_).

 

Reading Friends is a UK-wide programme, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, which aims to connect people by starting conversations through reading.  We look forward to continuing our #RockIsToMountain campaign, connecting older vulnerable people, people with dementia, and carers with The Lost Words.
